The Williamsburg Winery details savings from the Pall Oenoflow System, "The real potential for savings comes from the process loss. In the past our DE filter was averaging 1.5% process loss, whereas the Oenoflow is averaging 0.2% process loss. "On $1.5 M worth of wine produced yearly, they estimated an $18,050 savings.

After researching the various crossflow systems available, Cellar Dweller chose the Pall OenoflowTM system for several technical reasons. We currently own one OenoflowTM system, and will be adding a second larger system at the end of 2012. For more information about the Pall OenoflowTM systems, please click the following link.
